In order to have a good water circulation from the smallest pool, you will need at least 2 outlets and 1 skimmer. The outlets must be installed facing the skimmer and the wind direction.

PUMP

3 pump types available, filtration pump, booster pump, counterflow.

The filtration pump enables the water to circulate, in a closed circuit.

The water flows into the filter so it is a mechanical water treatment. The pump improves the chemical water treatment by stirring the pool water by scattering evenly the chemical products.

The counterflow : is a pump conceived to bring a strong flow in order to create a current in which you can swim in. These pumps are generally installed next to the pool as they do not support  flow loss.

Booster pump : added to the filtration pump, it gives more pressure to the water circuit in order to use a pressure cleaner (Phantom Turbo or le Viio Turbo).

Prefilter :

This one piece part, being part or not of the pump body, receives water from the pool. It is equipped with a basket to retain the larger debris such as leaves- other debris – in order to avoid saturation, and jaming, the impeller and limitate the filter overload. An quick opening system makes it easy to access and clean. The prefilter is also an important water reserve which makes the pump priming easy. The volume is a technical element to take into account, especially if the pump is installed above the water level.

The pump :

The pump has 3 major elements.

• A fixed part, pump body
• A mobile part composed by a fixed impeller on the motor rotation axle.
• A waterproofing with a seal assembly on a ceramic o ring.

The prefilter assembly and pump are made in corrosion resistant material.

Electrical motor :

Sa puissance est adaptée à celle de la pompe. Il peut être soit monophasé soit triphasé (cette dernière spécification étant recommandée pour les moteurs de forte puissance).

In order to have a clear sparking and healthy water, you need a perfect water circulation, 2 systems are available :  spill over or by skimmer.

The water spilled over enables to clean the pool water  surface on one side of the pool (lateral or partial spill over) or on all sides at the same time ( peripheral spill over or miror pool)

Main drain and skimmer

The skimmer is a suction mouth situated at the water line level, where all the debris are lying (insects, pollen…)

The skimmer (s) (at least one is necessary for about 25 m2) have to clean the water surface of th epool. The skimmer is composed of a wide mouth, a mobile weir and a basket for collection of the larger debris floating on the pool surface. This is the first filtration level, easy to control.

The main drain is situated at the deeper  end of the pool. It collects all the debris situated at the bottom of the pool and provides a more efficient water circulation, better dilution of the chemicals and also better pool temperature.

The main drain is also made to empty the pool when necessary. To avoid all suction danger for the swimmers, the main drains have a special anti vortex cover.
