With the new LED technology, the colored lighting is finally affordable. It is now easy to have floodlights in your pool following your moods. Even more, it is possible to harmonize the pool lights with the pool surroundings in order to have a perfect harmony.

Various technologies

• Incandescent or  Halogen bulb :

these are the classical bulbs we have in our home. They produce strong white lighting, but in counterpart they consume a lot of electricity and their life expectancy is limited (around 1000 hours).

As for your home, this type of lighting will eventually disappear to be replaced by new technologies less power greedy.

• LED bulbs :

these bulbs have multiple advantages ; they do not use much electricity ( around 6 times less than a normal light), they last longer (20 to 50 times more) and you can obtain several colours.

They are obviously more expensive to purchase, but they have a longer life expectancy with a lower consumption.
